My 3.2 gets to running temp then stops and will not start till it cools down again?? Any ideas could it be the crankshaft sender.

Its possible...

do the pedal trick to read fauilt codes, and post em up.

Mine used to do almost exactly this, it was the crank sensor. If you get one, get a genuine Vauxhall one.
