Diesel Injector Leaking
« on: 24 August 2010, 19:05:30 »

Hi

Can anybody tell me if there is a special tool/socket required to tighten up the injector? (the big nut closest to the block)

I seem to have diesel leaking from where the injector meets the block. At first I thought it may be the leak off pipe, but after changing this it still leaks.

It is the 4th injector from the from it also seems to be the only one which has a small black electrical cable attached to it

Car is a 1995 2.5 Diesel

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance

Thanks for that link.

Where is the best place to buy new washers from? Are they a BMW/Vauxhall part only or can I get them at a car spares shop?
