Are you aware they only work when the side lights or headlights are turned on?  Silly question I know but needs to be asked especially if new to Omega's or car's fitted with HID.

There's a relay towards the front of the fuse box under the bonnet with a fuse carrier built in, this is for the washers. I suppose you could check this first.  :-/
You say they don't work. Do you mean they don't do anything, or piddle more water on the road infront of the car than they spray at the headlamps?  :)

Can you hear if the pump is buzzing?  If it is then it's often a clogged filter that the pump pushes into.  Reverse flushing it often cures that, but you need to be careful of plastic pump ports that like to break when dismantling.

Mine has them.... now, if i remember correctly my screen wash bottle has 2 pumps on it, dont know if its 1 pump for the headlights and 1 for the screen, but its worth taking out both pumps and cleaning the rubber filter on the bottle where the pumps go in... i had no screen wash a while back but the headlight washers still worked,i cleaned out the rubber bits and all was good again  :y
