Its an early 2.6 so could have problem with the valve stem oil seals ;)

Ho dear I'm starting to lose the battle! Running out of ideas now tax runs out on Monday and don't want to buy it if I'm getting a different car as money's tight as we all know. R valve stem seals going to b a constant problem then  :'(

It seems that Vauxhall used inferior valve stem oil seals on the early 2.6s all the rest of the range seems not to suffer

Is that an expensive job if it does go wrong and I take it there is a better quality seal that could be used if so? Thanks Pete
