does anyone have any idea were i can get a gearbox filter for my 99 2ltr 16v auto from?

yup JPAT...they also do gaskets and thrust washers etc, at a good price.

Vauxhall can and will supply....at 3 times the JPAT price....

or just clean the old one out with parafin.
