Plug change

Hello
Can someone give me a quick run down of what has to come off to change all 6 plugs? I know a couple on the left are practically impossible to remove/replace but not sure how much of the top end I have to strip to change them :-)
(tried looking for a 'procedure' but cant find one)
Edit: Just found the process for changing 'newer' v6 plugs but still be useful if anyone has tips or tricks

also if you undo the wiring harness it can be pulled out of the way to some extent  :y

Whilst you are changing the plugs, which is straightforward so please do not be put off by the lengthy description, take the opportunity to clean thoroughly the breather system.

It saves a lot of grief later by hopefully stopping the cam cover gaskets leaking! :D :D :D ;)

The tough ones are the right V as you look at the engine, try to remove the cable tray, as said you can then move the wiring loom across to allow for access. Plug 6 is a real pita!
After removing the HT leads check to see if there is any oil or debris in the plug recesses; oil - look at changing the cam cover seals,  :( other debris - blow it out with compressed air before removing the plugs.

Thanks chaps. Its the left side (as I sit in the car - sorry I use Motorsport left and right - too long in race cars :-) that appears to present the most challenge to change.. but I am sure I can manage. Was just worth checking for those tips and tricks on the older 3.0 engine. Great design though.. just to change plugs.. not!
Breathers are a valid point but should be fine as did them when cambelt was changed 4k ago - yes.. should have done plugs.. I know.. but only now has it started to run a bit rough..
now.. what plugs... ?
