Word of warning,if like me you are abit heavy handed.

Last time I cleaned the breathers I decided to remove all the 3 pipes from the plenum breather to give them a good clean. The one that connected to the cannister purge valve had all but weled its self to the top and when it finally gave way it snapped the locating nipple off with then pipe.Fortunatley there was just enough left on the valve to get the pipe on ,but I have never really felt it was an adequate job so will be replacing mine with a replacement from a breaker on the forum.

Not sure if it not sealing tightly does effect anything really ?

Its fairly easy to remember really...the 2 centre breather pipes go to the purge valve and the breather box...as you look at the engine bay from the front of the car the left hand of the 2 pipes goes to the breather box which is furthest left and the right hand pipe goes to the purge valve which is to the right :y
