iirc Omega B is a facelift model, but a '99 model is mini facelift.

If your grille is on the bonnet it's a facelift

If your grille is part of the front bumper it's a pre/mini facelift

In short, you can't. :'(
(Waits for the first pic showing that you can ;))

I gave up looking and used Reiger Mesh and designed it myself. I did this because I wanted the Mesh to be flush with the front edge of the Grille. Most of the stuff I'd seen on Omegas (Pre-facelift that is) sits at the back of the grill which was a look I didn't want.

There are Mesh looking ones on Ebay, but they are usually made of thicker more rigid metal.

Ths is for both Pre and Facelift as far as I can tell.

The Vaux/Irmscher type were nearly all of the horizontal black plastic slat variety.
As has been asked already, is your grille on the bonnet or does it sit between the headlights in front of the radiator?

Supernovas do both the mesh type grille and the plastic Irmscher replica grilles, they have a shop on ebay.
The mesh ones look sh!te on a facelift model, I bought one but sent it back and bought a Irmscher style one which looks much better.
I didn`t care for the quality either, it didn`t fit quite right and the fixing screws were exposed and would rust solid in no time.
