He's been told he's bullshitting about the supercharger when he tried to sell it on ebay. And 50 m.p.g.? Is he having a laugh?

Am I missing something? Yep! A brain if you believe that waffle.....Mine is a 'mint' original top of the range   too so here we go.....
Supercharged????? ;D ;D ;D and 50mpg (must be downhill and in neutral) I acheive a more realistic 37mpg on a long run using cruise control.
According to the Traffic Police I have spoken to, and I know lots of them as friends, you could I suppose also include the guys who service them, the migs used by them were not supercharged and not chipped. They had a few extra bits and bobs like a better heating system and the dings and lights but that was it.
Mine is an original Elite top of the range too and its power (I have the dynamometer certificate) is 208BHP. A supercharger would lift that to probably more than 30% higher. Supercharged my bum......
Only thing supercharged is his overactive imagination.
Must be mistaking the SAI as a supercharger cos must admit that when some hammer first thing it certainly can sound like one.
Apart from that where the hell under the bonnet that is already crammed full could you fit one?

I thought that these forums were for those who needed advice on serious help issues and not just as a soapbox for those with a dose of verbal D?
At least it did give us all a good belly laugh though.

or an Elite with an MV6 front bumper.
