Personally if you done the cambelt on your own then thats the worst bit about changing the head in my opinion. As long as you got a torque wrench and know what 90 degrees is then ull be ok. And make sure every surface is clean before u put a gasket on it but this is only my opinion ;)

Stumbling block already 90 degrees
