ARB bushes have improved body roll, new ones much harder than the soft things that came out.

Made no difference to clunk though.

It does it mainly, but not exclusively when turning right.
only seems noticable at speeds under 30mph.

Im at a bit of a loss now.

I can generate a clunk by pushing the exhaust at exit end with my foot, wonder if its that and noise travelling.

car handling beautifully, just an annoying clunk

Is the exhaust GM, but not the decent old school ones? I had issues with drivers side centre section hitting the subframe, only at idle though due to vibration through the exhaust. Worth someone pushing exhaust while your in it? See if its similar?

Exhaust all mounts ok? Thing is if that was causing the noise, surely it would also do it with 'spirited' drive down the lanes  :-\

Odd its low speed only  :-\

Had some time today, so out of sheer curiosity I refitted the polybushes that side and ensured torqued correctly
also swapped the droplinks left to right.

Made no difference.

Exhaust is noisy, but I really dont think its the source of the clunk....blowing worse and worse by the day :(

Dont know if I imagined it, but the wheel on the side in question may have dropped 'a little funny' when lowering it onto stands, cant say what why how, just something made me 'double take' as it went down.

I fear it is something shock related, no idea what though.

Not just the wheels being "pinched" as it's dropped off the jack...?  :-\

So...is this during lateral/sideways load only, ie not bump related at all?

What sort of cl... Can you do a video with sound we can listen to?

Other thoughts, did you have a wheel baring issue? Steering knuckle bolt torques correctly? 110nm is it?

Is everything out of the car, empty glove box, nothing under the seats, nothing rolling around?(sorry)

..... top shock mount tight. 24mill ring spanner?

Any wear in the caliper sliders?...actually, no it won't be that of not bump related.

There are a few turns (like into my road) that always generate it, so recording should be possible....not tonight though as im off to work in a bit :(

everything seems tight, maybe a tiny bit of bearing play.
top shock seems tight
calipers fine after a service a few weeks ago

been down the checking everything tied down route.

the noise can happen at any time
90 degree right turns can bring it on more than anything.

not managed to get anything audible on a recording.

It could possibly be exhaust related, and thats about to be replaced.  Be ordering in the next day or 2.

All bushes poly, and arb either copper greased or silicone sprayed before fitting.
