window swithches

how do i get at the window switches (drivers door) the nsf window switch does not put window down but does shut it. any clues. :-/

Probably the plastic insidide the switch which presses the contact for lowering the windows is broken.
I'm afraid you'll have to change the switch

Car is facelift or prefacelift?
You have te "how to" about removing the door cards for both models in the maintenance section.
If the car is facelift you can pry out the switches ond the door without removing the door card but be very careful if doing this.
