Aircon
« on: 29 July 2009, 11:16:26 »

just had the dye test done & the pipes where they go into the condenser are blowing badly.
there is no gas in the system.
so i thought i`d give VX a bell & get the O-rings & fit them myself to save on pennies.
but they have told me that you can only buy the whole pipes which looking at the EPC3 is correct.
but they are £100+ each :o
solutions anyone????

I must admit that my last few Air Con concerns have been rectified by a quite word with some of the guys at my local Kwick-Fit.

Seem to be one of the cheapest for re-gassing, and quite happy to swap O rings for beer tokens.
