Well from last night anyway;
LDV tipper truck in front of me parked up, white guy and a black guy standing at the side, another white guy(the driver pops out), tells the black guy, who is Oddly wearing a big pair of those tiger or doggy type slippers to get in the back of the tipper and lay down, which he did, the two white blokes jump in the cab and drive off :-/ :-/, anyway saw the same van tonight drive past minus one windscreen :-/
This morninG at 6.55 am went to the garage to get some cheroots
, saw some bloke meandering around the shrub plots, thought whats he up to, anyway turns out he's taking quite large cuttings from the shrubs, just round the corner theres an old audi with all the cuttings strapped to the roof (no roof bars), so on my way back I confront the bloke who is still demolishing the shrubs, I said what do you think your doing, he said pruning the shrubs they need pruning, I said but what your doing is theft, you don't work for the Council, and what your doing is theft/criminal damage, I have the reg of your car so you better break off cos when I get back to my house I will be calling the police - rather c****
So anyway this afternoon after meeting some of my new staff, one had advised me she was asked to inspect a property that may have been squatted, I said don't worry i'll go round and check it out and let you know, gets round there, squatters notice on the door, they have obviously forced and broken entry into the property, knocked on the door, bloke in a foreign accent asks who's there I explain who I am e.g., owners of the property, he goes off to get keys
, comes back says he is looking after the place for the people who are on holiday, and he can't open the door
, I said don't give me that crap your squatting and we now know and will be back in due course with a warrant to evict

What a rather law squatters rights, these folk break in to gain access and it costs Council's a lot of money to evict and go through the court process, at least you don'yt have that stupid law in scotland
