Looking at the remounted alternator and extra pulleys, could it be a super charger?

Yep it is a supercharger, could'nt manage to find out how much though does'nt tell you on the site 287 bhp :y

Just on the topic of Super/turbo chargers. Why didn't Vauxhall use their Turbo engine in the Omega, I would have had one. Most other manufacturers put their turbo/super charger power plant in their big car ranges.

There is a turbo in the BMW deisel engine fitted to the meega, TB can enlighten you more on that subject as he was one lying in bits in his garage, well it was in bits last time I saw it ::)
