Estate Alarm
« on: 25 April 2010, 17:57:56 »

If I just cut the wires to the rear side windows, will the alarm activate?
If it does, then what do I need to do?
Or, can I simply connect a wire to both (to keep the circuit) and then remove the pads from the windows?

Stick a meter on them to see if they are n/o or n/c.  I suspect normally closed, as its a glass break sensor.

That's why I thought that adding a wire in first, before disconnecting them from the glass.
