facelift, seat height motor, dash lights
« on: 12 June 2011, 19:40:12 »

ok, its a 2001 CD, the drivers seat button to lower/raise it doesnt do anything, at mo its a little too high for me, infact its uncomfy! when you press the button you can hear a small thud like noise, but no movement, and the same both directions.
something linkage wise? easy to fix? or a way to lower it manualy for now?

other prob, how easy is it to change the dashboard lights, far right has stopped working for fuel and half the speedo.

thanks for any help it would be good to get this done asap

Motor jamming.  I suspect you'll have to lift seat out to investgate. Disconnect battery though, as airbag in the gob is always gonna hurt ;D

Dash bulb, dead easy, see index at top of Maintenence Guides section, look for instrument panel removal
