Dale Farm fiasco continues.
« on: 26 September 2011, 07:15:01 »

I hope that today our legal eagles will finally draw a line under the travellers appeal and allow the dozers to go in. Green Belt land is Green Belt land whatever the situation and cannot be built on without the correct permissions being aquirred beforehand. What would happen if all of the rest of the country decided to build what they wanted wherever they wanted? Is that what their supporters want to happen?
Point is how can they be termed as travellers when they have built permanent dwellings? With luck they will have to pay all of the costs from their own pockets but should be able to do that with the taxes and dues they have probably not paid like the rest of us have to.
Want to bet that their next appeal will be to the EU on a Human Rights issue? ;)

Wishful thinking I suspect, although I agree. As for their next appeal, I think that is a forgone conclusion if this doesn't go their way.

They don't need to, that's where all their property and assets are.....  >:(

The High Court has now extended the injuction preventing the baliffs from entering the site until Thursday.... ::)  I think that the establishment are kakking themselves over this, as when the baliffs do go in it's going to be very messy.......

They should just get on with it and the worlds media will have forgotten about it by next week!!

they have every right to be their they bought the land and under common law they can do what they like remember travellers abide by common law not a globalist agenda rule sorry i mean civil/criminal law

they can goto europe yet and if i lived their i would be exposing my council for who they are victimising bullying people who don't want to comply with their agenda and just be left alone that councils wasted thousands if not millions of public funds tro figfht a legal battle they by all account wont win the chief executive wont negotiate this will look bad in court!!!!!!!!

because they live under common law they dont pay council tax remember council tax is technically an illegal levy forced upon you but if you dont contract with the council then technically u dont pay it its not a very wise idea if you wanna know more google Freeman on the land uk

Strange.  :o :o

On that basis, in your world, if someone next door builds a block of flats and claims common law, you have no redress.  ::)

I don't think that's such a great idea. There are too many petty laws, and I'm the first to rail against that situation, but there must be a basic legal framework to which we all adhere. :y
