Michael Jackson fiasco
« on: 01 October 2011, 06:34:12 »

What puzzles me is why when it is admitted that MJ was self medicating and that the doctor charged with his death could not possibly have been awake and present on duty 24/7. He has admitted that he did administer a prescribed dose of medication but that he did not give the drug that killed MJ. This is rapidly becoming a witch hunt more than likely to protect the reputation of one of worlds wierdest entertainers who has been reported many times to be well outside of normal rational behaviour. American justice is not the same as ours and in the USA it is more easily influenced by reputations and of course money. Sadly the doctor will have no chance of a fair trial and is now probably regretting ever taking MJ on as a patient. All of his staff who have lost their employment and its perks will bear a degree of malice in which the truth and the fame of the moment will overide truth. If the doctor did not administer the lethal drug then he would obviosly not know and could not say what it was. He told them what he personally had given him. Why would he lie when he, as a doctor, would know full well that a post mortem would disclose all drugs in the system of the deceased? Therin lies the truth!

Common sense will play no part in this trial, only revenge by the family and the fans will be taken into account.
The death of Elvis started like this but the test results that were leaked proved that he had adminstered a drug overdose himself and so caused his own death.
Hopefully that will happen this time too and the doctor will be released. MJ's music was definitely good but the man himself was most definitely the wierdest person as shown in the many televised articles over the length of his career.
