power sounder

hi all

other than the fuse in engine compartment is there anything else that would stop the power sounder working, i have just swapped mine for a known working one but still not working on my car ????

Disconnect it, then bludgeon the noisy little bas**rd  it to death with a hammer is my advice.. :)

not really the question opti  ;D really wanted to know whether anything else would stop it working other than its fuse  :-\

it what sense 'isnt working' how are you testing it.

testing it by disconnecting battery, not a peep, works on other car, and fuse is in  :y
just wondered if there was anything i was overlooking other than damaged wiring ??

Have you checked for 12V at the connector

quite correct dave (no fuse) well spotted on my deliberate mistake  ::)
so rally then the only thing it can be is dodgy wiring, havent had time to check for 12v yet but will do  :y
