One other difference

Have you noticed how the software handles TP broadcasts differently when a Telematics is connected TB?  ;) Obviously if you depair and remove the Telematics I guess the software reverts back.
No, I haven't.  Usually disable TP, as I don't want BBC C&W interrupting my Radio 4 when I'm nowhere near Warks ;D

What does it do different?

Well as you don't have a TP button anymore the unit has to give you the option to cancel the TP announcement another way. So a message pops up on the screen (well it does on my CID) allowing you to click reject

Pretty sure it does on 2013 as well (or more accurately, NCDR1100, which is what I'm more familiar with ::))

Only the unit with a paired telematics in the V6 does this, the other two without telematics don't, you just have to tap the TP button to cancel the broadcast.

I shall enable it in TBE, see what happens :y

Well shit in my hat and punch it

That VXL V6 is a saddo. Absolutely correct in what he says. But still a saddo ;D

To get rid of TP bulletin, you need to press TP (or * if you're actually using a 2015 as a 2013), and no option on the screen to get rid.

Good info VXL :y

Tend to use TP in conjunction with other traffic monitoring options and have gotten used to the reject option on the screen now

Well, as you cannot reject a TP broadcast from the steering wheel, its rather useless on a 2013. A right PITA.  Reason enough, if I had to use it, to tell my stereo its actually a 2015 ::)
