Living in Northamptonshire, I'm sick of constantly only hearing about Southampton and Portsmouth when the "local" news do their sports bulletins.  Do those Soth Today retards realise that they won't die if they go more than 4 miles inland?

I wouldn't have thought you'd get south today up there, that seems ridiculous

Yup, local BBC News is that dozy blonde thick bint.  At 6:30, we do get 5mins from Oxford, which is then switched back to Southampton.  The weather is funny as well. Funny = embarrassingly cringeworthy.  At 10:30pm, we only get Oxford, but we get the South weathergirls doing a local Oxford broadcast, and its obviousl they have no idea of the local places, and never say any placenames.  I reckon they're all inbreds ;D

Nope. I must live all of 20 miles inland and there's damn all that interests me either, apart for a bit on Basingstoke occasionally, and that's just Milton Keynes with slightly more wiggly roads.

Now now Zac, no need to gloat  ;D

In all seriousness I am a casual football fan, and do support my local team. I am probably quite rare in hoping all the south coast teams do well.

TB it is funny you receive South Today, my wife used to work for the tourist board in Eastleigh. One area covered Southampton and Oxford, we allways thought it was odd that the two places came under the same small group.
