Serious business this frozen shoulder, unbelievably limiting and painful with certain movements. I had never heard of it till I got it 3 years ago, was sent for acupuncture and used a TENS machine to limited effect. Ended up with the Injection worked within days.

Not a wussy but this is bad, i was not in as much pain last year when i was knocked off a crane and fell about 15 meters breaking several bones and pelvis.

Its sat morning and the arm is still giving me a lot of pain, i need to change 2 exhaust clamps on the miggy but cannot, looks like its gonna be Kwik crap.
