It is the Truth Captain.
I was so upset to hear him in that state. I asked if he wanted me to pop down, he replied, "You are a true friend Daz, to be prepared to drive down here for a Fat Prick like me" he was sobbing as he was saying this.. What could I say to that? Only "Your not Fat anyway mate!"  he had another snivel, blew his nose then said "Its really done me good to here your kind words Daz, think I will go have a Pint"
"Thats it mate, you go and have a Pint, no one should be so sad on their birthday."

That was the last I heard from him..
