Horrid story. Any one of us could have been in front of that car. I know ADIs aren't perfect, but is it not time to insist that anyone wanting to teach or supervise a learner, certainly in the very early stages, must come up to some sort of standard of instructional ability?

it was her husband supervising  and i think thats the problem  no experience in teaching others
