Don't have a problem with cyclists running the lights personally. Provided they give pedestrians right of way obviously. :)
I was in Kingston the other day, retard cyclists jumps the red lights without looking, causing the car who's right of way it was to slam the anchors on. Cyclists gives the driver a mouthful  >:(

I toyed with jumping red light myself, catching the cyclist, and mowing the tosspot down. Then reversing over him. We have too many retards on this earth.

Quite tolerent towards them then? ::)

It's simple........I'm the only person that should be allowed on the road and be able to travel at any speed I like, that would solve alot of problems... ;D

No issue with him jumping, as long as no inconenience to other road/pavement users. But to cause a car to emergency stop (lucky the car behind stopped as well etc), then throw abuse as if it was the car drivers fault, the retarded cyclist not only needs shooting in front of his family, but his kids need shooting (presumably retard gene carriers), and his parents made to eat his retarded testicles.

Out of those two, the cyclists aren't as much of a problem as the car that refuses to overtake. If I'm overtaking a bike I'll move as far to the right as I think I should to allow a safe gap. Normally if there's nothing coming towards me and it's a good sized gap I'll just go onto the other side of the white line. I'd rather leave a big gap because if you fall off and roll around on the road, I'd rather you didn't end up rolling under my tyres. If it was a car or two refusing to overtake then I'd just carry on until there was a decent gap, look behind and down the road in front, indicate out, make sure nobody has pulled out in front then plant it and overtake the lot of them. Nothing wrong with multi car overtakes.

Thats my liberal side.

Having recently been rear ended quite badly, I could see the danger.

Had the cyclist acknowledged his mistake, I may have let it pass, as no collision happened. But the fact the stupid, retarded, arrogant, dimwitted, useless, retarded rather useless dimwitted rather retarded retard hurled abuse at the innocent party, the arrogant retard needs shooting, along with anyone with the same genes.

And to make sure they're dead, shoot them again.

Go on then, I will ask what was so urgent that you had to get by rather than bide your time? What did you do with the time you saved?

Had you not got music, thought of the day, texts to send or perhaps solitude to do some contemplation.

???...that'll earn you 3 points on your licence in the UK.

The 'having a nice chat' statement indicates they were not hoofing along nicely at the 30+mph that most of the Lance Armstrong wannabies are capable of. So being held at 10-15mph by a couple of ignorant sweaty oikes wearing a bunch of banananas on their heads is not on.  >:(

Incidentally, I have a push bike myself so I see it from both points of view.

It's a very long time since I read the highway code (1982 to be precise), but if memory serves me correctly I remember it saying something about being no more than 2 abreast. Also can't remember whether the actual wording was "must not" or "should not".

Section 66 of the Highway Code. It's a very grey area. It says you should not ride two abreast on busy or narrow windy roads. I have this debate at work on a regular basis. I also seem to upset the cyclist by asking if we car drivers get extra points for pinging the sticking out reflector as we go past.  ;D  In all seriousness, I give them plenty of room.
To answer STMO question, I blame the person who doesn't overtake when the opportunity arises.  :y

And if they don't want to overtake/feel it unsafe to do so then they should drop back so that overtakers have an easier and safer job. tailgaters I hate them!
