headlight ajusters

Hi all i am in need of the updated headlight adjusters as those horrible plastic ones have broken....i have gone back on here to try to find where to get them from but could not find it......i did find that on the 21st of may.....the boy asked if i was the guy in houghton regis that he dropped off some headlamp washers to about 2 years ago and the answer is yes it was me matey...sorry for not replying earlier but i must of missed it some how.so please can anyone help with the supplier...thanks  ray.
