Yep, a V70 T5, they sound great, are good load luggers, and are lovely cars, with one of the most comfortable set of seats I've ever sat in  :-* :-*

I think you've got its attributes the wrong way around, but I agree. It was one of my options when I bought the Omega. I can't get comfortable in Mercs(sitting on the floor, legs straight out and the wheel rubbing my thighs is NOT comfortable); I had a BMW estate(E34 525) that was hopeless as an estate and full of irritating design/engineering that haven't improved. Audis are tarted up VWs with the basic usefullness diluted in favour of pretend sportiness/'premium' styling&features that cost a packet even second hand.

The Omega's attraction for me is that it's simply a big, comfortable, effortless, unpretentious, quality car, just Granadas. And that's always been Volvos selling point.
