Not good news at all Been there twice myself. Did get myself a new job in Jan this year turns out the best thing that could have happened to me

I get email updates of new jobs from a few websites and if appropriate, apply for them.  My biggest problem is that I've been trying to change career direction and even after passing my 1st year of studying, no one seems to be interested in giving me a chance.  That was even offering to work for free, just to gain experience

Bad news indeed B4ndit.

Get yourself down to the Job centre and ask to be put on the forklift truck training course. I did mine last week and its through a company in Saltney. I wanted to do the Counter Balance certificate but unfortunately that truck was broken so I had to do the Reach one  

I'll be doing the Counter Balance this week and there's a good chance of a job at the new Jaguar/Land Rover warehouse that's opening in Ellesmere Port

The course isn't that expensive and because I passed the Reach one easily they're doing the Counter Balance one at a reduced cost
