Self healing car... It's Kitt from Knightrider!!  ;D

Joking aside mate, it will be the heat that's making the plastic try and return to it's original moulded shape.  It's a technique that's actually used in bodyshops.  :y

I'm hoping to wake up tomorrow and find the car returned to its pre accident condition  ;D

Mine did exactly the same when I was rear ended in January. We had a week of warm weather just after, and the dent popped out all by itself! :D
Best bit was when the Insurance assessor turned up. When I told him about it I got a very 'Old Fashioned' look that said "yeah, right!" ::) It's just a pity the cracks and damaged paintwork don't 'self heal'!! ;D

Could air be getting in behind when driven, helping it along?
