Simply put ..... a) I don't trust you lot ... :)  b) we have spent well over 120 nights away in the 'van this year .. and still have more to do, including New Year .... Mrs E requests some "Creature Comforts" if we are going to end up standing outside in the cold and rain ... again....

She also reminds me that I took her to the best fireworks shes ever seen 2 years ago .... and hopes your efforts will surpass those ???  ( Sydney Harbour @ New Year ... 11 1/2 minutes of non-stop pyrotechnics ...  )  :)

Mrs E's request is duly honoured sir.
The Entwoods will be accomodated in the four-poster suite! :-[

Any chance that your good woman can assist Dear Pamela on the BBQ please? 8)

Any news on sponsorship or did you want me to continue putting out contacts with the bank.
I am still sure we could get this as a charity event with some members :D

I have a connection for Sparklers. They are not for children or the feint hearted, they are the Industrial version ;D
He assures me they are perfectly safe when used at arms length! :y

He also has some rockets..... not too sure about these :-\
He says these are Army Surplus but only just outside of their NATO 'use by'date :o

The guy is in West Brom so very close to J1 of the M5 so easy to get down to the Bash :y

Let me know B if you require anything :y

Have stuck you down for an 'all weather' pitch, mate - it's a bit close-ish to the gas storage tanks, though you should be quite safe there.

The gas people are currently removing one of the tanks, and have their mobile crane on the adjacent pitch. I've spoken with the inebriated character driving the crane, and he tells me drew a picture indicating that all work should be completed by the end of the month. Anyway, most of our caravans/tents should be sited out of the swing area of the crane.

The only 'problem' that he's had thus far, was when (somehow) a pallet of scaffold pipes got dropped through made contact with the petrol station canopy on the other side of our site. It seems that a petrol tanker was underneath said canopy discharging it's load at the time, and that prevented the complete collapse of the structure.
The crane driver's amazing skills therefore avoided a major disaster - no doubt about it in my mind!

I'd have no qualms about pitching our caravan on the 'all-weather' pitches, my friend. :y

Sounds great.
Do we have mains hook up as I could then bring the jet space heater as well?
Will make sure that its not too close to anything flammable.

otherwise sounds a great pitch.... many thanks
