£62 fitted    Sure my budget will be £40 per corner cem or else ill just get 2 for now at that price

  thats what they use for remoulds aint it . Needs further investigation for suitable tyre , road noise might be an issue so will have to look at noise level stated with tyre

100% it will, them things are proper nippy, may only be 60 BHP, but weighs nothing, they're surprisingly nippy little cars.

There light but not that light....basic power to weight calc of an Omega 3.0 V6 versus a 1.1 4 pot Citroen shows the Omega way ahead. 

e.g. 800Kg at 60hp v 1700kg at 200hp. is 75hp per ton v 117hp per ton

I bet first gear & final drive in the 106 are a lot shorter than the Omega, though - probably more important than the difference in power to weight..
