When problems occur with the Internet try going into 'Internet Explorer', click on 'Tools', then 'Internet Options'; 'Delete'  'Temporary Files' and 'Delete' 'Cookies'.  This should clear those files down and clean up your Internet Explorer. :y

Hopefully that should resolve your issue ;)

To be honest i doubt if it will resolve this particular issue, but cleaning the cache and cookies is generally a good idea.

You can also use this program:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

(just click on the green arrow on the top right hand corner)

it is very good and completely spyware free, though you will have to untick the 'Install google searchbar' thingy while installing it.... it will give the PC a good clean-up.
