You could just all move back to blighty  :P ;)

Tunnie, is it 12 months that you have to have been 'away' from Sky before you count as a new customer again?

Errr they changed the packs so just went to double check:

Basic Pack is £21.50/m
HD = £10.25/m
Sports Pack = £21/m
Entrainment Extra (History/Geo) = £5.50/m

= £58.25/m

With my code, be £29.12/m

rush hour?whats that?
horsemeat?ITS LABELLED here, when you buy beef its really beef,
beer is a euro a bottle, and you pay at the end of the session, tapa,s (snacks)are free ,after paying the bar bill, the landlord gives you a couple of freebies for the road,
corruption is rife,do it the illegal way after meeting the right people no problem, try to do it legally and its a nighmare with nothing at the end of it except a big bill,
but for all its faults life here is never boring and much better than blighty!!

It is to do with the satellite degradation. They don't last forever and the current one is going down the pan faster than expected.

So the transmission is migrated to a different satellite with a narrower beam that is much less likely to splash over southern europe.

Sky doesn't have a licencve to broadcast outside the UK so technically anyone receiving is breaking the law. You would have thought they ought to have a licence to get more custmers and thus more revenue. I bet someone at Sky has already done the maths.

One ray of hope is that the Sky channels themselves (i.e. not BBC, ITV and CH4) might continue to be receivable.

Who knows, we may all have to read books or have BBQs!
BBQ,S AND beer!! and i bought a Kindle, thanks to Entwood i can now load it reasonably well,
never lose me page and dont have to read hundreds of book covers to see what i want to read,
not to bothered meself apart from stargate, star trek and F1, but Ze watches an awful lot of tv :y
