That's the last game Liverpool won.

Growing up in the sixties and seventies Liverpool were always the team to beat......not forgetting the once mighty Leeds United. :y

Growing up in the sixties and seventies Liverpool were always the team to beat......not forgetting the once mighty Leeds United. :y
Those were the days. Some fantastic, 'hard' games. I think the skill level has increased now though. :-\

Rumour has it that Tommie Smith (Liverpool) used to train by tackling lamp posts. :)

I saw Tommy a good while back, he can hardly walk. All those cortisone injections have taken their tool.

With some of the players today on £200,000 a week, I can't imagine that they'd ever need to claim disability benefits. :-\
