I'd be interested to read a book that can re create 1080p and 5.1 sound ;D

The idea being that your imagination should exceed 1080p, and that its your imagination, not that of the director.

I do, however, agree. If I want to "waste" time reading a book, it would be a book of learning.  I get too bored with story books...

It's not the technology I was commenting on ..... it was the fact that a specific film was on iPlayer. Films aren't normally on it :-* :-*

Some Films are on there, think it depends how old the Film is and what Licencing Agreement the BBC had when they first played it. Having said that, some of the Films that are available are only on direct from the BBC iPlayer program through the web and not available on Game Boxes, Youview, Virgin etc.
