Massive thanks to Martin for helping get the heads off. Valves bent like Beckham!

Just so I got this right in my head, I need the following:

Heads inc. manifolds (see Symes..... cheers mate  :y :y :y)
Manifold stud set
HG kit which includes the HG, stretch bolts and exhaust fanny-mould gaskets
New stat
Stat transfer pipe 'o' rings (X2)
Cam cover gasket kit
Coolant outlet washers
New Knock Sensor (RH bank)

Feel like i'm missing something  :-\

Ps, what can I get away with pattern?  :y

got washers for banjo's-better than vx s***  will put them with heads for you mate ;)--got knock sensor too  :y :y :y
