I don't see the dust thing at all tbh.

ESP considering my car is normally parked in front of/blocking the garage door. The roof slopes away directly above under the tiles, as opposed to a gable end, if that makes sense. So all the sharp gravel and bits of tile coating get blown or washed off onto the car below. It's horrid stuff. The aero twins have lasted two years in these conditions.

I really don't see any reason to use Gm. As said so long ago.

But there we are. Take it or leave it. :)

Hmmm.....choices.

Try some Aero Twins, or stick with the noisy RAC wipers and try some nano technology as Mr Omega Man suggests.

I don't suppose there's a 'two bob fix' out there that would work. As mentioned I've already used meths and white spirit on the screen.

Both would be ideal, But we'd be talking around the £30 mark  :-\

I've just noticed that only the driver side wiper drags and shudders across the screen ( both wet and dry)

The passenger side wiper seem fine by comparison.

I wonder......Could the wiper arm/blade be twisted?. There isn't much else it can be.

I'm trying to think why I get such a short life. I don't think I'm excessively fussy, so don't think I'm changing them prematurely.  I tend now to use wipers much, but then Mrs TB will use them at the drop of a hat.

The car isn't garaged, but I suspect few are.

I suppose  I could change them but the RAC ones are almost new and I'm not made of money. :-\

I thought you normally changed your car rather than the wipers.  ::) ;) :P ;D ;D ;D ;D

My Bosch aero twin on the M3 do exactly the same thing - judder and bang with the change in direction.. drives me nuts.
By contrast the cheap no-name eBay (£7 a pair) 'flat' blades on the Omega are perfect.. ;D
And whatever are on the Micra just smear the windscreen like you're greasing a baking tin... ;D ;D

I recognise that symptom. Not been anywhere absolutely incredibly hot, has it ;D
