Ah yes The Express...... 

Their other obsession is house prices.  One week they're screaming that they're going up and the next they're going down! 

Yep that too, although all the media outlets are less but similarly guilty on that front. Look up your, or any, property value on Zoopla or similar. You'll have to ignore the immediate value as they update it, or not, too irregularly, but look at the yearly chart on the property value.
 Without fail, each year, there is a percentage increase and a seasonal rise for the summer with a tail off at Christmas after which it builds again.

But no. Not according to the media. Oh no, there a property boom. Prices are going through the roof. First time buyers will feel the pinch, what are we all to do.
 Then, obviously, closely followed by a huge drop in prices as winter months approach. Oh no, it's all going to crash. What are we all to do.

Let's cry wolf incessantly, yeah why not.

A paper that's happy to turn everyone's brain into that of a constantly whining child if ever there was one. How they have the bare faced front to criticise anything in the modern day is just incredible.

Obviously not happy, with all the data charges where you use their iPhone app all day everyday, otherwise how would you know if the editorial is good or bad?
