Nope.  It's £6,000. 2.5% Plus VAT

I sold my house at 1% including VAT. They had to work for their money. Several times I threatened to take house off the market due to delays and other issues, and as the whole chain was buying through the same agent, the amount of money they would lose was huge. So they worked
