Noticed this small leak at bottom nearside of radiator.

What is the red knob for, or is it just a cap?

Water level in header tank doesn't appear to have dropped over the last couple of weeks.

Red plastic knob is for draining the rad  :y

There is a little rubber washer thing which can corrode/decay, how old is the coolant?

Could always drop the coolant, remove the red tap and pop a new washer on it.  :y

Thanks tunnie,  thought it may have been something like that. Not sure on the age of the coolant, only
bought the car about a year ago and not sure if the garage changed it when they did a service. Looks pretty clean.
Have to look at the invoice.
Guess I will just monitor it for now.
