is two stories too much!

I wanted to build my 2 little boys a small outdoor playhouse then when surfing Amazon I have come across ridiculous wooden mansions making our own home look small
I'm now thinking a bit bigger! plans started out at a door 2 windows 4 walls and a roof, now I'm thinking 2 stories with staircase! is that going too far! I draw the line at running water and electrics  :)

I see you live in Derby. You may want to invest in a night watchman, or you'll find a family in there one morning.

And as for two storeys...why not. I'd plan it very carefully though, once you start you'll have to carry it through.

Just a thought. I know it's not a 'dwelling' as such, but are the any regulations about the safety of such buildings?
What I mean is..it's like kids living in a full grown house...on their own. ;D
