Its a lovely morning here so far apart from those oppsing
pigeons capping everywhere

Thinking.....after watching the news this morning about Spain's property market bottoming out...yet again,I was just thinking may be it's time to sell the the kids legacy and move to warmer climes.Doing that would release a nice chunk of change to have some real good me time ...Rather me than them, and when I drop off the perch they can have the unenviable task of selling of a worthless piece of Spanish real estate or keeping it for a bit of reliable weather a couple of times a year rather than risking their hard earned on a 'stay vacation' in this country.

It was only on for a couple of hours, just to take the chill off, we have a bedroom window open summer or winter, and I seem to have no trouble sleeping these days.........

If you buy property in Spain make sure you do some decent inheritance planning as depending upon your circumstances up to 90% of the value of the property can go in death duties.
