is that dinner time (in the afternoon) or tea time (in the evening)? 

Aren't those the wrong way round?
Like this:
Breakfast
Lunch
Tea
Dinner

Breakfast in the morning
Luncheon around noon
Tea in the afternoon (about 3 or 4 o'clock) Cucumber sandwiches with a cup of TEA
Dinner in the evening. My butler never announces "tea is served" , ALWAYS "dinner is served"

I'm with AndyB on this one.Get up in a morning have breakfast,around noon it's dinner time,then get home from work later get sorted  round a bit and then it's tea-time,later still[if peckish] it's supper time.Brunch,lunch etc. is for the posh people
