As I  am not actually organising this  . . best it is left to all to decide which date

If as Ian says he can make Saturday the 8TH, I'm sure Nick W  may prefer the Saturday , as would I  and of course Keith can do the Saturday. nitro says any date .

Also would suggest that the Toby although fairly busy on Sat morn . . . is not nearly as busy as it will usually be on a Sunday.

So my vote would be for Sat 8th   with Sunday 2nd as next option

We just need everyone to agree which date  . .finally

I'm happy with any of the dates, but having done this sort of thing many times I feel that changing a date is a bad idea. What it usually means is that we'll still be trying to set a date in six months time because can't be there.

For brekkie at 10-30 ish .

in my experience of Tobys . . . breakfast does finish sharp at 11 on Sundays As its their busiest day for sunday roast carverys

Just a quick heads up on this meet......does anyone think that we should book a table or two if it's going to be as busy as expected Have checked it,and it can be booked online. Would need a rough idea on the final numbers and a definite turn up time
