By the way, just paid €200 for a new battery for my car today. While I was paying I couldn't help to think, back in the UK I could probably buy a driveable omega for that! Really puzzling how cheap cars are in the UK. I would be inclined in breaking mine for parts or even donating it to somebody who needed a car before selling it for a couple of hundred.

Yes, I'm over the moon with the price, I think it is very fair and is a true reflection of the cars value. Which is the joy of a no reserve auction - the bidders decide what it's worth
