Where GOP control Senate and Congress, impeachment is unlikely, unless Trump does so badly, mid-term election preservation in 2018 kicks in. Two main things that will do that, are the collusion between Trump and Putin evidence becoming public or him killing free trade and the US being a big loser with a recession and rising unemployment.

True there was a lot of flag waving in it, but in order to be the best country in the world, people have to believe in it. And alot of what Donald plans to do should help people to do just that. If he delivers on even a fraction of his agenda, he might just pull off a second term.
