Though Jags have a reliability reputation, and the S type in particular seems unreliable. Mundano Jag has similar reputation as well.

But, yes, I would need a lot of convincing to buy that Omega. If it was A1 perfect with a proper engine, maybe. But a 14yr old Vauxhall aint ever going to be A1.

I really cant fault my V8 S-Type, mind you its only done 80000 miles and I look after it well

A mate (and member here) had one for a while, a pleasant drive. Couldn't drive his hard though, as it had the usual gearbox fault that plagued the 4l V8 and 2.7d S Types
