He did indeed. Speaking f which the lead singer from Sweet died years ago. George Best level alcoholism apparently.

Yes I wonder if Emu will let him Rest in peace 😄 In my opinion the best chat show host this country has ever had, he knew how to get the best & worst out of his guests.He was on the TV a few weeks & I barely recognised him he'd wasted away.

Surprised about Paul Bird. Quite young and was keen on keeping fit from what Ive read.
He was a very controversial bloke to say the least, but was good for British motorcycle racing.
