We have been doing some further investigation on the Omega and I am soon going to bed in order to get up early for tomorrow's gearbox and thrust washer fit....

I used to drink a bottle of Purnod or Bicardi every night to try and chill out, packed it in and havent really bothered with the stuff since, didnt do anything for me at the time.  That was in the late 80's :-/
